Shipping Policy
Typically we do not ship our products. Arrangements would be made for pickup at our studio or on the school campus. In saying that, we know that there are circumstances where families relocate, etc. In this instance we can utilize UPS or USPS as all of our products are shippable. There is no extra charge for this service, however, for framed images or large bulky packages a nominal shipping charge will apply. Standard UPS or USPS tracking systems will apply or you may call Portraits By Design at (972)860-9063 for order status.
Return Policy
Portraits By Design strives to provide our customers with the highest quality work. We only accept returns if Portraits By Design shows to be in error, as an example, print paper issue or wrong print size. In these or other studio errors, the customer would be entitled to a refund or exchange. You may contact us by phone or email for return issues.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please take the proper steps in filing a claim with UPS or USPS. If a photo package, for example, arrives in your mail box folded in half, you must file a claim with the postal service for compensation.
